CARDIAC CT ANGIOGRAPHY (128 slice) REPORT: Indication and clinical data: Procedure Description: The procedure was performed for evaluation of the cardiac structures and coronary arteries by multidetector 128 slices CT scan of chest and thoracic cavity, first without contrast for calcium scoring measurement, then with IV non-ionic contrast administration using cardiac gating technique followed by image processing using multiplanar reformat, curved planar & 3D reconstruction as well as MIP technique. Results: Coronary Dominance: RT dominant. Lt Coronary Artery (LCA): Normal origin with normal diameter normal branching of the Lt anterior descending (LAD) and circumflex (LCX) arteries. LAD: Normal branching with normal diagonal (D1, D2) branches. The diagonal branches are normal. LCX: Normal course with normal obtuse marginal branches. Intermediate: The intermediate artery is normal. Rt Coronary Artery (RCA): Normal origin with normal course and caliber with normal branching of acute marginal continuing into the PDA and PLVB. No significant variation is seen. No calcified or non-calcified atheromatous plaque is seen in course of both coronary arteries and their branches. No stenosis is seen. The Lt. Atrium and Lt. Ventricle and visualized parts of the aorta & other mediastinal great vessels appear normal. Conclusion: 1- CADRADS: 0
